VoiceTrust gets shortlisted for eco Client Communication Awards

VoiceTrust has announced that its automated password reset system, VT Voice Safe, has been selected as a finalist for eco’s 2014 Client Communication Awards.

According to the company, it was selected as a top-ten finalist of 200 companies that entered the competition. These awards bring together European speech technology and unified communications providers in CRM, customer care and speech-to-text.

VoiceTrust’s VT VoiceSafe solutions uses biometrics to automate the password reset process for users.
