Morpho adds AGNITiO voice ID solutions to criminal ID biometrics solutions

Morpho announced it is adding AGNITiO voice ID technology to its line of criminal identification biometric products to help global law enforcement agencies identify criminals and protect the lives of citizens.

Using AGNITiO’s voice ID technology, criminal investigators are able to accurately and quickly identify suspects, verify backgrounds and confirm identities, even in situations where voice is the only available evidence.

AGNITiO’s criminal ID solution combines the capabilities of BATVOX, ASIS and SIFT to provide a more efficient system to enable law enforcement and criminal identification.

“Our Criminal Justice Suite provides an extensive solution for criminal investigation, already leveraging fingerprint, palmprint, face and DNA technologies,” said Thomas Chenevier, SVP of products and innovation at Morpho. “AGNITiO’s best-in-class technology will allow us to complete our offer with voice recognition to continuously support our customers in their fight against crime.”

Morpho provides a range of multibiometric identification technologies, biometric identity documents, automated biometric identification systems and explosives detection systems.

“Voice iD is extremely accurate, beyond 99 percent, and requires only a few seconds of a live or recorded voice to search and make a match,” said Philippe Vinci, EVP of sales and marketing at AGNITiO. “With Morpho Criminal ID solutions, law enforcement officers will have new valuable information in real time.”

Previously reported, AGNITiO released the latest version of its mobile voice biometrics product, KIVOX Mobile 5.0 at the Consumer Electronics Show.
