Precise Biometrics’ nomination committee proposes election of board members

Precise Biometrics AB announced that its nomination committee has made several proposals regarding the election of members of the board, chairman of the board and auditor.

The nomination committee of Precise Biometrics has decided that there will be six board members, with no deputy members.

Additionally, the committee proposed the re-election of all board members, including Torbjörn Clementz, Anders Harrysson, Matts Lilja, Mats Lindoff and Eva Maria Matell.

It also proposed the re-election of chairman of the board, Torgny Hellström.

The nomination committee proposed that Ernst & Young, with Johan Thuresson as auditor in charge, ought to be appointed auditor for the period leading up to the annual general meeting 2016.

The committee’s proposals will be presented in the invitation to the annual general meeting, while an explanation of the proposal will be posted on the company’s website.

Precise Biometrics’ annual general meeting will be held at the company´s office at Scheelevägen 30 in Lund, Sweden at 4 p.m. on April 27.

Previously reported, Precise Biometrics updated its Precise iOS Toolkit to enable administrators to export raw images of a user’s fingerprint from Tactivo.
