IDEX demonstrating its fingerprint sensor solutions at CES

Norwegian fingerprint solutions developer IDEX will be demonstrating a full suite of its fingerprint sensor solutions at CES this week in Las Vegas, including its off-chip and conventional silicon-based sensors in a number of recently launched commercial devices.

IDEX executives, including CEO, Dr. Hemant Mardia, and CFO, Henrik Knudtzon, will also be hosting meetings with investors, customers and industry partners.

Several products were commercially launched with IDEX’s sensors last year, including two LG handsets as well as a mobile device introduced by a leading Taiwanese OEM. As well, the company’s Eagle off-chip fingerprint sensor has been designed into a number of Internet of Things (IoT) products and is now also shipping in commercial volumes. Additionally, IDEX is leveraging its off-chip technology in the payment and ID card market, where the company recently introduced its flexible touch fingerprint sensor for smartcards.
