Jenetric receives ISO 9001 certification

German fingerprint scanner developer Jenetric GmbH announced that all of its departments are now ISO 9001 certified, including development, human resources, sales, and customer service.

The move comes a few weeks after Jenetric completed a third investment round led by High-Tech Gründerfonds and bm|t.

The certified quality management boosts the level of transparency for operational processes, works towards a higher level of customer satisfaction, secures a seamless communication with suppliers and helps to lower costs, and reduces the company’s failure rates.

“Our company complies with the most important national and international quality management standard,” said Roberto Wolfer, one of the founders and CEO of Jenetric. “We are pleased to offer our customers highest quality in all areas – from production and order processing all the way to sales and service.”

Jenetric will soon release the LIVETOUCH quattro Mobile as part of the LIVETOUCH product family supporting the mobile enrolment of fingerprints.

By ramping up its production capacity, ISO certification was strongly focused on procurement, production and sales processes relating to the LIVETOUCH quattro and LIVETOUCH quattro Compact produced in Jena, Thuringia.
