CyberExtruder has released Aureus 3D Version 5.8, the latest version of Aureus facial recognition software.
According to a company statement, version 5.8 offers improved accuracy of matches and reduces the time required to generate a 128-byte template from 100ms to 50ms. The new version remains easy to integrate and deploy and is suitable for a wide variety of applications including loss prevention and security, access control, law enforcement and safe city, hospitality, and gaming.
CyberExtruder’s proprietary 3D face modeling technology uses a deep convolutional neural network paradigm and is designed for OEM’s, integrators and end-users.
