ImageWare reporting HI and Q2 2018 results August 9

ImageWare will host an investor update conference call on August 9, 2018 to review second quarter and six-month results. The discussion will include the company’s direct sales efforts as well as partner sales efforts.

Just a few weeks ago the company announced a couple of new deals, a new distribution and integration partnership, as well as the opening of a Tokyo office to support the increase in sales occurring in Asia.

Its largest partner reached an agreement with a “Canadian financial institution” to provide multi-modal biometrics for its employees. According to industry sources the deal is with the Bank of Canada. The company also referenced a deal with a financial services company based in New York. Our source suggests the deal is with New York financial services company, Black Rock. ImageWare also announced a deal through its partner Four Points Technology LLC, which has received a multi-year contract worth $3.6 million from the Veteran’s Administration.

ImageWare is also pushing further into the healthcare market, debuting its pillphone patient engagement solution at the recent America’s Health Insurance Plans Institute & Expo 2018.
