Precise Biometrics announces internal share purchases

 

Executives and board members of Precise Biometrics have purchased shares in the company, according to a trio of announcements by the company.

Chairman of the Board Torgny Hellström has bought 150,000 shares through his company, bringing his total ownership to 200,000 shares, and Precise Biometrics R&D Director Fredrik Clementson has purchased 50,000 shares. Board member Mats Lindoff, meanwhile, has purchased 75,000 shares.

Precise Biometrics CFO Ulrik Nilsson, who joined the company in September, purchased 200,000 shares in November.

There were 61,678,555 shares in the company traded during the third quarter, according to its Q3 interim report.

The company is undergoing a strategic shift towards multi-modal solutions for a variety of industries, and its Precise BioMatch Embedded algorithm was recently integrated into a smart door lock from Xiaomi.
