Mitek reports Q4 next week, ImageWare hosts Q3 update Nov 12
 

Mitek Systems will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and the full fiscal year 2019 on Thursday, November 7, 2019, after the close of the market and management will host a conference call and live webcast for analysts and investors the same day at 4:30 p.m. ET.

In July the company updated its full year revenue guidance to between $84 million and $85 million, for year-over-year growth of 32 to 34 percent, with non-GAAP profit margins around 18 to 20 percent.

The Ajax Amsterdam football club recently deployed Mitek biometrics to improve fans’ online experience and privacy. Ajax will roll out Mitek’s digital verification solution named Mobile Verify with Face Comparison to verify online ticket buyers’ identity.

ImageWare Systems

ImageWare Systems announced that Tuesday, November 12, 2019 the company will file its Form 10-Q after the close of market and will host an investor update conference call the same day at 4:30pm ET to review Q3 and nine-month results.

Revenue fell for ImageWare in Q2 2019 to $812,000 from nearly $1.9 million in the same period of 2018.
