Regtech platform TruNarrative will integrate SEON fraud fighters into their orchestration solution to streamline digital onboarding solutions and mitigate fraudulent accounts. TruNarrative promises its clients a safe, informed, and straightforward digital commerce solution by combining its decision technology with SEON’s extensive data enrichment solution.

TruNarrative provides a no-code platform to orchestrate financial customer onboarding, crime detection, transaction monitoring, and compliance processes. SEON’s email, IP, phone, and device intelligence tool enables TruNarrative clients to establish and track digital end-user footprints to establish a customer risk score for automated and manual onboarding decisions.

The partnership provides SEON’s extensive data enrichment capabilities to augment customer verification and fraud prevention for TruNarrative clients across the banking, finance, e-commerce, and gaming sectors.

SEON’s addition to the TruNarrative AppStore allows clients to directly integrate SEON’s global data and authentication technology into their monitoring and onboarding solutions. This new feature allows clients to access SEON data together with TruNarrative’s more than 40 AppStore data partners using a single API. They can create customer journeys and processes for identity verification, fraud detection, eKYC, AML, eKYB, and account and transaction monitoring.

This integration also promises low operating costs while boosting customer acquisition. Businesses that use the TruNarrative platform can adopt rules and strategies with minimal IT resources that ease adoption and integration and keep ownership costs low.

“We are delighted to be partnering with SEON, enhancing the fraud prevention solutions available to our customers,” said Andy Pearson, head of data partnerships at TruNarrative. “The depth and extent of their data means we can offer our customers an even wider range of fraud prevention and verification tools.”

Tamas Kadar, CEO, and Founder at SEON lauded the partnership. “TruNarrative and SEON have a lot of mutual sectors where we dove-tail. In the past, businesses in these industries have not had access to solutions that fit their business models. Since its inception, SEON has been on a mission to change this and TruNarrative is the perfect company to do it with. We fully expect the partnership to grow rapidly and successfully.”

The TruNarrative platform also provides biometrics and liveness detection to customers like Paragon Bank, which it signed up in September.
