Okta revenues up, positioning agentic and human identity inspires optimism

Okta earned $761 million in revenue in the fourth quarter of its 2026 fiscal year, which ended January 31. Full-year revenue increased by 12 percent to $2.92 billion, and GAAP net income was $235 million.

CEO and Co-founder Todd McKinnon says Okta is uniquely positioned to secure AI agents and human identities alike, setting the stage for future growth.

The company expanded an identity management deal with PGA of America to cover AI-powered digital experiences in February.
