José Ignacio Zorrilla to keynote at Opus Research Voice Biometrics Conference
Opus Research has just announced that José Ignacio Zorrilla from Banco Santander Mexico, will present key findings from a new contact center strategy for customer authentication in a keynote presentation for at the Voice Biometrics Conference San Francisco, set to take place May 14-15, 2014.
According to the company, Banco Santander Mexico currently uses voice biometrics to identify and authenticate its banking customers.
As executive director at Banco Santander Mexico, Ignacio is in charge of its contact centers, online banking, mobile and ATM networks. In his presentation, Ignacio will highlight the organizational strategy for Banco Santander Mexico in assessing new technologies for customer authentication and will outline the opportunities and challenges in implementing the voice biometrics solution.
Voice Biometrics Conference San Francisco is being held May 14-15, 2014 at the Fairmont San Francisco. Registration is currently open and early-bird deadlines are looming. More information is available on the conference website.
