Jumio was recently named one of the 2018 Best Places to Work in Financial Technology by American Banker and Best Companies Group.

In the United States, Best Companies Group partners with select trade publications to manage “Best Places to Work” programs for some of the nation’s leading industries. This list is made up of twenty of the top companies in the financial technology industry based on an extensive employee engagement and satisfaction survey.

“This recognition is a testament to not only our management, but our entire team of employees that together create an incredible place to work,” said Jumio CEO Stephen Stuut. “We are proud of our team’s accomplishments for our business, and believe our shared values of integrity, diversity, empowerment, and accountability lead the way to innovation.”

Jumio is based in Palo Alto with offices in the U.S., Europe, and Asia Pacific and has been the recipient of numerous awards for innovation.

The identity verification company announced the opening of a Singapore sales office earlier this month and the appointment of Frederic Ho as vice president, Asia Pacific, to oversee the global expansion. The Singapore team will serve businesses across Asia Pacific, including Singapore, Japan, China, Australia, Malaysia and Indonesia.
