IDEX to showcase biometric solutions for smart cards at Money20/20 Europe

IDEX will be featuring biometric solutions for smart cards at the 2018 Money20/20 Europe event next month in Amsterdam.

In an announcement the company revealed that it will be demonstrating the IDX3200 fingerprint sensor for dual-interface smart cards and the IDX3410 complete biometric system which enables a fingerprint image to be captured and matched against an enrolled template stored within the card.

The IDEX team including new CEO Stan Swearingen, CFO Henrik Knudtzon, VP for Product Management Brian Roberts and Director of Product Management Jerome Chavanel and new SVP of sales and marketing David Orme will be attending.

IDEX recently announced that its fingerprint sensors are being deployed in biometric cards used for a new end customer trial running in the Middle East. At its AGM earlier this month, IDEX said that securing its leadership position in the market for biometric cards is the company’s top priority.
