Fingerprint Cards presenting Q2 2018 results next week

Fingerprint Cards will host a telephone conference and webcast presentation of its second quarter 2018 results next Thursday July 19, 2018 at 09:00 CET with the report being published at 07:00 CET the same day.

CEO Christian Fredrikson will present the report together with Acting CFO Ylva Blomén.

The Swedish biometrics company has been busy this past month with deployments of its technology being announced in six new smartphones, a new biometric payment card and a POS terminal. FPC also launched the FPC1511, a fourth-generation fingerprint sensor designed to enable easy integration of fingerprint sensors in the smartphone market.

In an effort to deal with shifts in business and market trends the company announced last month that it initiated cost reduction measures and will write down some previous investments.
