Mitek releasing Q3 2019 financial results on July 25
 

Mitek Systems will release its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2019 on Thursday, July 25, 2019 after the close of the market and management will host a conference call and live webcast for analysts and investors the same day at 4:30 p.m. ET.

In this last quater Mitek has upgraded its desktop browser software with auto-capture capabilities, announced the deployment of its mobile capture and digital identity verification software solution by Flexi-Fi for customer onboarding and presented at the William Blair 39th Annual Growth Stock Conference and the ROTH 5th Annual London Conference.

Mitek reported a revenue increase of 40 percent year-over-year for Q2 2019 and following a thorough review of the results its Board of Directors decided against being acquired.
