Jenetric launches virtual biometrics showroom for industry events, Alcatraz sponsors PSA ADAPT 2020

Jenetric launches virtual biometrics showroom for industry events, Alcatraz sponsors PSA ADAPT 2020

Jenetric has opened a 3D virtual showroom to help potential customers experience its LIVETOUCH portfolio of biometric fingerprint scanners.

Product presentations provide detailed, accurately scaled 3D modelling of the fingerprint scanners with visible haptics, technical data, download options and video visualizations. The company says the Jenetric showroom is easy to use through web browsers on all devices.

“With limited personal contact currently available, we want to create an opportunity to present our products as realistically and comprehensively as possible. Our new 3D showroom allows our customers to interactively learn about our products, regardless of time and place,” says Roberto Wolfer, CEO of Jenetric.

The launch was announced to coincide with the 2020 Biometrics Institute Congress and Identity Week Asia, each of which the company is exhibiting at.

Alcatraz meanwhile has announced it is sponsoring PSA Security Network’s ADAPT 2020 virtual event, which is being held October 6 to 8.

The company just recently joined the PSA Security Network, adding its facial authentication and mask enforcement solutions to the prominent consortium for system integrators.

The event features sessions on emerging technologies, physical security, operation improvements, managed services, and more, and gives participants the opportunity to network with other PSA Network members. It also includes a virtual trade show.

Alcatraz Chief Revenue Officer Tina D’Agostin says in the announcement that the company is looking forward to sharing information with attendees “seeking post-COVID touchless and frictionless access control solutions.”
