BIO-key channel program expanded with biometric IAM as a service, new partners announced
BIO-key has expanded its Channel Alliance Partner (CAP) program to enable channel partners to build the company’s identity and access management (IAM) technologies, including its PortalGuard IDaaS and biometric systems, into their offerings.
The expanded program gives Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), systems integrators and value-added resellers access to BIO-key’s IAM platform as a tool to build profitable customer relationships and drive recurring revenues for their businesses.
BIO-key partners can implement PortalGuard IDaaS to provide subscription-based cloud authentication with the combined benefits of biometric identification and flexible single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), self-service password resetting and other options, according to the announcement.
PortalGuard IDaaS was upgraded with enhanced biometric features just weeks ago.
“We’ve added BIO-key to our partner network to address the enterprise market’s demand for a secure and trusted identity and access solution,” comments it1 Senior Partner Programs Manager Zim Jackson. “One of the capabilities that stood out about BIO-key is their biometric authentication technology which allows us to address our customers growing interest in using their biometrics for multi-factor authentication.”
BIO-key launched its CAP program in 2019 to bring its multi-factor biometric authentication to MSPs, integrators and VARs.
The company says its expanded CAP program underscores its partner-centric approach and commitment to ensuring a successful channel. BIO-key invests time into ensuring partners are fully trained and can identify prospective customers. A solution architect is assigned to every partner, and the company’s sales team works closely with partners when forming deals to ensure end-users get the customized IAM solution that fits their needs.
The CAP New BIO-key channel partners include it1, V-Cloud Tech, Hemaya and Sonda.
“We have ambitious plans for BIO-key’s CAP program this year,” says BIO-key Chief Revenue Officer Fred Corsentino. “Our goal is to grow our partner sales exponentially and ultimately become the best channel company in our markets by working closely with our partners to fully understand what their customers want and need. We’ll work closely with them to help them deliver our flexible identity and access management solutions effectively so that they stand out against their competition.”
