Founded in 1995, the company provides identification solutions including high-performance Automated Fingerprint Identification Systems (AFIS), Automated Biometric Identification Systems (ABIS) and the latest generation of fingerprint and document scanners. The product range is complemented by biometric border control systems, biometric identity cards and passports and biometric voting systems.
DERMALOG technology is currently used in more than 250 large-scale installations around the globe. The company’s products are widely used in banking, public administration and law enforcement, protecting the identities of millions of people in more than 90 countries.
One of the company’s latest innovations is the new generation Self Registration Kiosk developed with experience from more than 15 border control installations deployed worldwide. The solution is designed for a secure, fast and convenient border-crossing experience. It processes travelers most efficiently by performing self-service enrollment and verification of biometric and biographic data. The Self Registration Kiosk captures high-quality facial and fingerprint images, creating the basis for accurate and reliable multi-biometric identity checks. DERMALOG’s built-in liveness detection ensures additional security. (Click here to watch the video.)
DERMALOG Camera Tower CT1 for smart borders makes the complete process of facial image capture more convenient and efficient. The solution captures travelers’ faces for identification and processes all data according to ICAO and EU-EES standards. The camera includes DERMALOG’s face recognition technology, which is known for the highest accuracy and speed, as well as integrated liveness detection to prevent spoof attacks.
