NIST-Benchmarked Performance

Innovatrics biometric technologies are evaluated by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology, the global reference body for biometric performance testing. Across face, fingerprint, and iris recognition, Innovatrics algorithms consistently rank among the highest performers in NIST’s ongoing public benchmarks.

Face Recognition Technology

Our face recognition technology is a top performer across all categories in NIST Face Recognition Technology Evaluation (FRTE). These programs measure accuracy in both face verification and identification, using large and diverse datasets that reflect real-world operating conditions.

Fingerprint Technology

Our fingerprint algorithms have ranked in top positions in ELFT, PFT III, FpVTE, and MINEX III – a benchmark test on interoperable fingerprint templates used in government identity systems.

Iris Recognition Technology

Our iris identification algorithm ranks among the leading solutions in NIST’s IREX 10 Identification Track. This evaluation measures one-to-many iris identification accuracy at scale and is widely used as a reference for national and institutional deployments.

Palm Recognition Technology

Our palm recognition technology provides a secure, contactless layer of biometric verification that strengthens 2FA processes. It works with everyday devices such as smartphones or IP cameras, so it can be deployed quickly and easily without specialized equipment.

Liveness Detection

Built upon deep neural networks and verified by iBeta, our passive liveness check is compliant with ISO 30107-3 Level 2 Presentation Attack Detection (PAD) testing. It can support any type of deployment and meet the needs of any use case.
